Cancellation/Refund Policy |
Reservations can have one authorized change without a penalty prior to arrival. (This includes moving spots, or adding/subtracting days.) Any additional changes will incur a $10 transaction fee. (This includes subtracting days, or moving locations, but does not include adding additional nights.) Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee plus $2 service fee. (Refund includes full amount less a $12.00 cancellation fee.) Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival results in a loss of 1 (one) night fee plus $2 service fee. (Refund equals full amount less one night plus service fee.) Early Departure Refund Policy Early departures PRIOR TO 12PM, NOON, will result in refund of the remaining days. Early departures AFTER 12PM, NOON, will result in loss of one night. All fees incurred are per reservation. |
*** SECURITY CAMERAS ARE IN USE*** Policies 1. Leash Law Enforced: Pets allowed and must be on a maximum 6’ leash. Pets must always be under control by the owner. Bathing pets in restrooms & showers is prohibited. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the livestock barns/arenas while livestock are present. (NO PETS during the Georgia National Fair) 2. A VALID DRIVERS’ LICENSE is required to operate motorized vehicles of any kind i.e., cars,trucks, 4- wheelers, ATV’s, golf carts, motorcycles, electric bicycles, etc. There are absolutely no motor vehicles in the barns, ADA scooter exception. Reckless use of motor vehicles will result in suspension from the grounds. (NO Vehicles including Bicycles during the Georgia National Fair). This is a zero-tolerance policy, if you are caught breaking this policy you will be asked to leave the property. 3. Obey all posted signage and the 15 MPH speed limit. 4. Starting January 1, 2025, all golf carts, crickets, and side by sides will be required to have a permit while on the fairgrounds. Insurance will be required. 5. Hover boards, segway type transportation, roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, and similar mechanical equipment ARE PROHIBITED. 6. Bicycles are prohibited in the barns and at surrounding loading/unloading zones. 7. Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful and prohibited. 8. Unruly, disruptive, offensive, dangerous, or destructive behavior is prohibited on the fairgrounds and may result in removal from the premises. 9. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, loading zones, RV sites, and handicapped sites or outside designated parking areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. RV/Camping 10. RV reservations can be made 24/7 at www.gnfa.com . All changes must be submitted by email to RVReservations@gnfa.com 11. RV sites will be assigned by reservation date and the current conditions of the grounds. 12. Generators & Tent Camping PROHIBITED in the RV park. 13. Only one extra vehicle is permitted at the RV site. Guests and any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated areas. Drop trailers are NOT permitted to be parked at the RV sites. 14. “Full hookups” include water/electricity, and some sites include sewage. A dump station is located East of the Covered Horse Arena on Rodeo Drive. 15. If you have sewer at the RV site, the “HONEY WAGON” WILL NOT pump you. 16. All RV’s must be parked butt to the box. 17. Ground fires are prohibited. Campfires are allowed only in a self-contained, off-the-ground firepit. Any outdoor grilling must be done on a self-contained grill. 18. All refund requests must be received prior to the last day of departure. There is a one-night non-refundable fee on all cancellations. 19. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon) on the final day of the scheduled stay, unless specified otherwise. 20. NO livestock in RV sites. Horses should not be tied out in RV areas for an extended period. Temporary horse pens of any kind are prohibited. 21. GNFA reserves the right to refuse occupancy. Livestock 22. No Early Arrivals will be allowed on the grounds due to maintenance crews working in the barns, short turnover times between events and the need to have health papers checked. This includes bringing in tack, tents, or any other equipment. Violators will be asked to leave the property. 23. Bagged shavings such as white and yellow pine as well as pellets are available for purchase online at www.showshavings.com or on the grounds between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM during the events. 24. The use of heaters in the barns is discouraged. Any heater with an open flame is prohibited on the grounds. 25. Cooking inside the barns is strictly prohibited. 26. The use of generators is not allowed in barns or arenas. 27. No Butt Fans Allowed: No fans on a fan stand or fan cart are allowed in the alleyways. All fans must be attached to the tie panel in the stalling area and cannot be attached to an extension to hang beyond 42” from the tie panel. 28. Tie-Outs: Outside tie spaces located in the Tie-Outs are available on a “first come, first served” basis. Cattle are the only species allowed in the tie-out area. Exhibitors are permitted to use any type of bedding they desire (natural products only). No equipment of any kind is allowed such as fans, generators, tents, etc. Pens may be set up along the chain link fence. Vehicles are permitted in tie-outs for delivery of bedding and feed only. Vehicles must not be left unattended and are not allowed to park in the tie-out area. GNFA reserves the right to change or add any rule without notice. |
